The Problem was in need of a complete overhaul when I came on board at CCH/Wolters Kluwer. The problem was the amount of information they were trying to present had no logical navigation or menu system in place. Finding the article or service you wanted was cumbersome and often by chance after clicking through to dead ends or non-relevant information.

The Solution

I completely redesigned the old cumbersome and confusing interface in the old version, and implement a product/service finder so users could easily determine which product/service they needed.
